We welcome beginners into most of our classes.

Our teachers are able to modify practices to suit both beginners and advanced students.

Our classes can be grouped into 2 categories:

  • Physically dynamic, contemporary styles: Vinyasa (flow) yoga Fly High (Aerial) Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa classes. These offer an opportunity for physical challenge and conclude with a short relaxation period.

  • Traditional and less dynamic styles: Hatha, Kuruntha (belt assisted), Yin, Restorative and the Morning yoga. are all integrated styles and include postures, breath practice, meditation and/or guided relaxation /Yoga Nidra.

  • Stretch - using current research & best practice to encourage the body to release muscular strain.

  • Pilates - classical and modified Pilates method to establish and maintain inner strength & stability. 

  • Mindful Movement - not exercise but awareness through movement lessons.
