Kids Yoga Fun introduces children to practices and games which encourage friendliness, fun and a sense of calm.

Tas schoolTerm 2 2017 classes are on Wednesdays starting  May 17th 3.30-4.30pm

Kids Yoga provides children as young as 2 years with life skills, tools to use throughout their lives. Yoga and Mindfulness Programs provide children with skills to develop ways to support their physical, mental and emotional selves at many stages of their lives. Children may stray from the practice of Yoga for periods of time, however those tools will be there to use when required, a good example of this is during exams, or in times of emotional stress.


Teaching kids to meditate ,use affirmation techniques and express themselves through art therapy and journaling are all ways for us as to have a little extra peace of mind that we have given our kids healthier and more sustainable ways of dealing with life's continuous changes, challenges and emotional ups and downs.


Yoga for many children provides an alternative and non competitive fitness at a very individual pace. Children learn postures and sequences relating them to animals the environment and giving them the opportunity to relay stories through yoga. Our kids classes are fun, incorporating many props and music, we encourage children with all abilities to attend classes, yoga can change the world for our children... one breath at a time.
