PRE-POST NATAL YOGA
Pre-post natal yoga practice includes relaxation, maintaining strength with particular attention to joint stability, posture, the pelvic floor, abdominals and lower back. Breathing techniques (pranayama) to enhance awareness, promote regulation and the connection between the breath and stress.
Whilst these classes focus on giving mothers-to-be tools they can use during pregnancy, labour and childbirth, other students seeking a restorative empowering practice are also welcome to book in.
These are not drop in classes, before joining a group, its usually best to have a personal session and then book a series.
