YOGA AND PILATES TEACHERS
Kinga is an experienced yoga teacher, Fly HighYoga teacher trainer, a physical and massage therapist with a degree in Health Science and a background in human movement, group exercise, pilates, sexual health, tantra and of course, yoga. Her fundamental yoga immersion and training was in India and more recently in Bali & Australia. She has been studying and teaching for over 40 years. Kinga guides students to trust the body and become aware of their yoga teacher within.

Chris started his yoga journey in the 1970s, attending classes with Sri Kamala Mata Aranya. He went on to qualify as a teacher in 1989 and was accredited with IYTA in 1994. Initiated into the Aranya Order as Swami Kundirananda Aranya. Chris says, "While appreciating the tremendous physical and mental benefits of yoga, my focus is also to create a space where people can come to know their innate spirituality and fulfill their potential each in their own individual way."
Trish Vinyasa, Pilates
Trisha has been a professional dancer for thirteen years and has studied, practiced & taught yoga alongside her career. Trisha’s yoga style focuses on bringing together postures, breath and awareness in a flowing style. Trisha believes that we take qualities developed on the mat (strength, balance, determination, self-acceptance & calm) into our everyday lives. Trish has studied & has certifications from Yoga Arts, Byron Yoga & Omkarananda Ganga Sadan (Iyengar) in Rishikesh India.
Her Pilates mat and studio certifications are through Polestar
Bronwyn Fly High Yoga & Kuruntha
Bronwyn completed her initial 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2007 at Sivananda Ashram, Ahmedabad in India.
During the past 3 years Bronwyn has been developing her Yoga practice at Satsang under Kinga's mentorship.
In early 2019 she completed her FlyHighYoga Teacher Training with Jose Luis Jimenez in Bali.
Bronwyn says 'aerial yoga forces you to be present, it's meditation in action.'
Kath Morning Yoga & Hatha
Kath completed her Purna Yoga Teacher Training with Byron Yoga Centre in 2014. "In the busyness of life, yoga allowed me to come home into my skin and be completely present. To check in with my mind, body and spirit.......and listen. I have found my smile and will be forever grateful to yoga."
Kath's love of yoga shines through when she teaches,
Grant has been practicing Tai Chi and Qigong since 2006 and teaching since 2012.
Grant has trained with a variety of teachers including several Chinese Masters: Master Liu Wan Chun from Wanchun Tai Chi,
Master Han Jin Song from Tai Chi Australia,
Master Chin Min Lian from Celestial Tai Chi) and
Master Wu Shi Zeng (Peter Wu).
Grant continues to be mentored by Chris Dell and his teacher Master Liu Wan Chun.
